Paul Wegescheide

Paul Wegescheide, a freshman at the University of Pennsylvania and a graduate of Our Lady of Lourdes High School, is the son of Clare and Richard Wegescheide of Wappingers Falls. His Eagle project was repairing the main courtyard and installing a garden and fountain at Castle Point Veterans Affairs Hospital.
